Rachel Hayward

Rachel Hayward – Rachel is the owner and lead consultant of Ask the Chameleon Ltd, a multiple award-winning procurement consultancy writing winning words for SME’s and charities who want to grow through funding grant, tender and contract submissions as well as business awards.  With over £38m secured for clients to date, Rachel was a member of our DfE submission team and is now responsible for project managing our delivery.

Rachel is also the Area Lead for the Federation of Small Businesses Derby/shire and Nottingham/shire region, Chair of Annabel’s Angels (a small charitable trust supporting cancer patients in Derby) and a former lecturer in the Business School at the University of Derby.
