Through the Authorship of ‘Learning Nutrition’, ‘Raising the Bar’, and ‘Accelerating Abilities’, Ronnie has helped empower professionals and young people to become their best self.

A former leader in education, award-winning National League coach and National Trainer, Ronnie established Create Development in 2008 to support teachers and coaches to nurture and develop a foundation of positive habits and behaviours. In addition to being an innovative and ground-breaking author and speaker, Ronnie provides inspiring thought leadership to accelerate learning and development in a meaningful and inclusive way.
